When it comes to installing toilet partitions, which you might know as bathroom stalls, the layout is everything, says Kip Austin, a lead carpenter with Contour Construction. There's a lot more that goes into installing toilet partitions than you might think. "You want them almost to be invisible. You just want them to fade into the bathroom," added Austin. "By invisible, I mean when somebody comes in, there's nothing about it that stands out as being wrong because it's all right. When you step in, the latch works perfectly, the door swings easy. That's kind of what we go for. Put them in right, make them work well and you've done your job."
