July's edition is all about when less is more. We'd never endorse Dry July (that would be bad for business!), instead we are looking into cleaner styles of champagne. Organics, zero dosage and naturality are at the forefront of this month, featuring Devaux Coeur de Nature and Pol Roger Pure. Enhancing this mentality is our Partner of the Month, Antipodes.
