Dibba, Minister of Environment, Climate Change and Natural Resources of the Gambia, explains how to reduce deforestation while maintaining a balance between the economic, social and environmental dimensions of progress and growth, especially in developing countries. He also talks about the importance of community forestry in achieving a more equitable development in the Gambia.
