Okay, we back in ohio. In a previous video, we documented some of the original members and founders of the heartless felons. the Heartless Felons are a notorious gang organized into several branches. The main branch is simply called Heartless Felons (H.F). Other branches include Land of the Heartless (L.O.H), Young Guns (Y.G), and Young Felons (Y.F). There was once a branch called Soldiers of the Same Struggle (S.O.S), but it was disbanded after a disagreement between its Founder and another Founder. The newest addition to the gang is the Full Blooded Felon (F.B.F) branch. Unlike some of the other gangs, where it may take a single initiation act to join, one must complete 3 tasks to join the heartless felons. most obvious, these tasks were criminal. From what we know, the only way to join this gang is in prison. The primary headquarters for the Heartless Felons is the Ohio State Reformatory in Mansfield, which houses over 2,500 members. Each prison has a strict hierarchical structure. At the top is the Godfather, followed by the Made Man, who has earned the privilege of not having to participate in gang activities. Below the Made Man is the Underboss (U.B), then the Head Nigga in Charge (H.N.I.C). After the H.N.I.C., there are captains for each branch, with some prisons hosting multiple branches. For example, there is a captain for the L.O.H branch, a captain for the F.B.F branch, and a captain for the Y.F branch. Each captain is supported by a lieutenant, and below them are the foot soldiers. Foot soldiers are responsible for carrying out direct actions, such as attacking someone. The Godfather issues orders to the Underboss, who then passes them on to the H.N.I.C.. The H.N.I.C relays the orders to the captains, who then inform their lieutenants and foot soldiers. The identity of the Godfather is supposed to remain secret to prevent snitches from informing the prison's gang coordinators. Typically, foot soldiers only know the H.N.I.C., while the H.N.I.C knows the identity of the Godfather. Although this gang holds more sway in the jails rather than the streets, there were some dangerous ones out there. One of those members was douglas shine, a.k.a., duke. When he was 21 years old, a jury recommended his be executed for killing three people inside Chalk Linez barbershop and plotting from jail to kill a witness who planned to testify against him. Duke would have became the second youngest person on Ohio's death row if the judge accepted the jury's recommendation. The same jury convicted Duke in a string of shootings that prosecutors said started in January 2015, when Duke, a Heartless Felon, stole a handgun from a member of the Loyal Always gang. In the end though, the judge sentenced Duke to four life sentences without the possibility of parole, plus an additional 380 years, shocking the courtroom packed with spectators and those impacted by duke’s warpath.
