Epstein barr virus, also called the kissing disease or mono has made a very popular comeback due to the “thing” we’ve been experiencing for the last 3 years we need not mention.
People are shocked to see EBV reactivating. But if you’ve been utterly exhausted for months following this “thing”, it’s likely what you’re dealing with.
EBV is a virus that can be passed in utero, through saliva, and other bodily fluids. Once you get it, you can’t ever get rid of it. But you can learn to keep it dormant in your body. Here are some ways to avoid reactivity:
🦠 Keep drainage pathways open. This means addressing the lymphatic system, staying hydrated, moving your bowels and sweating regularly.
🦠 Keep mental and physical stress low. This means finding your outlet whether it be pampering, prayer, breath work, meditation or cutting that ratchet person out of your life.
🦠 Keep pathogens out of your body. Consider regular parasite cleansing. I recommend 2-4 times annually and regularly consume anti-viral herbs such as garlic, lemon balm, oregano, peppermint and rosemary.
🦠 Reduce EMF exposure with Orgone (&annies) pyramids, turning off wifi at night, protective clothing and blankets (radiat) and using products like ViRad Chem from CellCore which helps cellular repair.
🦠 Remove heavy metals from the body. This includes making sure your medication isn’t compounded with aluminum, and your teeth don’t have mercury. Check your local tap water at ewg.org as well. Consider zeolites like HMET from CellCore or Coseva TRS to remove toxic metals from your body.
🦠 Eat clean. Avoid inflammatory foods that feed EBV such as gluten, conventional dairy, sugar, GMOs, processed food and food dyes.
🦠 Getting adequate sun exposure to keep vitamin D levels elevated. Low sun exposure accounted for 61% of EBV cases developing into multiple sclerosis in one study via the American Academy of Neurology.
