Airtable forms allow multiple input times:
- single select (radio) fields
- multiple select fields
- dynamically linked data from Airtable
- image and document submissions inside the form.
- email and phone number submissions
- conditional fields.
Setting up Airtable form is extremely intuitive. You can select required form fields as well as conditional fields. It is possible to have fields show up only when certain criterial are met like for example 2 choices out of 3 in multiple select field. The form is also great for uploading attachments, all attachments are easily accessible inside of Airtable field.
Upon completed submission you can redirect user to a website or have him fill out another form. The form also has automated notifications when a new submission have been made.
