Quick Fix to make rear upper gate close properly every time. This is just how to close the door and thus avoid the "tailgate open" warning while driving.

While the button unlocks everytime, the lock mechanism needs replacing, as it is mechanically worn out or no longer functioning. Manual positioning of a part of the lock will allow the upper gate to close every time without issue.
