Corn Flour: 2 tsp

Green Chilies: 3 - 6 (adjust green chilies based on your preferred spice level.)
Chili Garlic Paste & Tomato Paste (mixed): 2 tbsp
Soy Sauce: 1 tsp
Corn Flour Slurry: 2 tbsp (corn flour dissolved in water)
Chili Vinegar: 1 tsp (store-bought or homemade by soaking green chilies in vinegar)
Pepper Powder: 1 tsp
Salt: As needed
Water: 1 cup
Cooking Oil: As required
Instructions

1. Marinate the Chicken:
-In a bowl, combine chicken cubes, soy sauce, corn flour, and egg.
-Marinate for 15 minutes.
2. Fry the Chicken:
-Heat oil in a pan and fry the marinated chicken until golden brown on all sides.
-Set aside on a plate lined with paper towels to remove excess oil.
3. Prepare the Gravy:
-Heat 1-2 tbsp of oil in a pan.
-Add sliced spring onion (white parts) and green chilies. Sauté until fragrant.
-Stir in the chilli garlic paste and tomato paste mixture. Cook until the raw smell disappears.
-Add soy sauce, chilli vinegar, and mix well.
-Pour in the corn flour slurry, salt, and pepper powder. Stir consistently to avoid lumps.
-Add 1 cup of water and bring the mixture to a boil.
4. Combine and Serve:
-Once the gravy starts to boil and thicken, add the fried chicken cubes.
-Toss the chicken in the gravy for 5-10 seconds, ensuring it is well-coated.
-Turn off the heat and garnish with spring onion leaves.
