I love to simply BBQ or grill prawns, 2 minutes a side and serve with a nice dipping sauce. I would advise you, whichever way you cook your prawns, try one just with a pinch of salt on it to experience the delicate sweet flavour. Then you can decide if you want to use a dipping sauce our not.

Note that there is some risk when you eat any seafood raw that isn't 'sashimi grade'. Just like raw oysters:)
