Fix "Windows Firewall can't change some your settings" error in windows 10 by applying the following simple steps
Right click on Taskbar I Taskmanager I Services I Open Services I locate the following services and set them to "Automatic" and ensure that both services are "Running". If not running, then please "Start" these services
a- Windows Firewall
b- Base Filtering Engine
