Gunting
Piping bag
Benang
Bahan 1 :cuci usus
1000 g usus babi fresh
Tepung terigu 1 mangkok
Garam 1 sdm
Cuka secukupnya
Bahan 2;
2000 g daging babi satean
260 g gula pasir
5 g bumbu 5 macam |five spice
25 g garam
2 sdt kaldu jamur
7 g angkak
50 g saus tiram
45:g bawang putih halus
60 g arak masak
2 g merica bubuk
120 g tapioka
2 sdm kecap manis
