This short tells a story about what would happen if Uruguay got mad, and got every country they want. They would start with attacking Ecuador, easily taking them. The next target would be Peru, who would have a stronger army, but would also fall pretty quick. With their great naval attacks, they would be able to take Chile too. They would make a crucial mistake, and attack Argentina, one of the strongest countries in the South America. This would really backfire, as they would weaken their army, resulting in the rebels kicking them out of the occupied territories.
