Ingredients:
Onions - 1 Bowl
Oil - To saute
Ginger - 1 piece
Garlic - 5 cloves
Salt - As per taste
Chana dal - 2 tbsp
Fresh Coconut - 1 cup
Green chilli - As per taste
Preparation:
1. Heat oil in a pan and saute chana dal.
2. Add fresh ginger, garlic, coconut, green chillies and saute for some time.
3. Transfer this mixture into a blender and keep aside.
4. Add some oil in the pan and put onions and saute them slightly.
5. Mix this onion into the blender along with the other mixture, add salt and blend all together to a soft paste.
6. Tasty chutney is ready.
