Bouncing a mono file in Logic Pro X should be more obvious, so hopefully this video will help.

Disclaimer: This is solely to demonstrate how to convert a stereo file and bounce as a mono file. I'm not telling you to go make everything mono. And stereo is not the devil. There are many reasons why some sounds should be kept as mono, but perhaps that is for another video. I'm more than happy to answer any questions anyone has. As always, thanks for watching :)
