Here's a tutorial that I came up with using this new Rose Gold Palette from ELF. I just checked it at their website and this palette is out of stock for now. Bummer right? Hope they will restock soon! Anyway, all the shadows are very pigmented although I apply the shimmery shadows using a wet brush to enhance it or to make it appear more shimmery and vibrant.
