Channel Awesome ran the widely known ThatGuyWithTheGlasses content that most of us remember. I mean I certainly do because it was one of the shows that raised me growing up. I scheduled it into my daily routine just like I did with brushing my teeth or showering. And yes Indians shower you racists. I was honestly glued to the host of TGWTG, Doug Walker. His sardonic reviews, crisp intelligence, and genuine personality was fresh and stood out among the rest. Notably though, TGWTG was part of the channel awesome empire. And it ran like an emotionless business conglomerate which led to some unpopular decisions and the mistreatment of staff. COUGH Blizzard COUGH. As a result channel awesome met its demise.
