Crawling is one of the most essential to primal movement and you'd never guess all the ways you can move and flow your body. These crawls come from many different movement disciplines including capoeria, jiu-jitsu, parkour, and animal locomotive walks. These crawls have also been inspired by many different movement culture legends. Try out some natural movement for yourself and see how it makes you feel. My guess is that you will want more animal flows and lizard crawls in your life.
