Serbian nationalist politician Vojislav Seselj has been sentenced to 10 years in prison for committing crimes against non-Serbs during the Balkan wars in the 1990s.
Seselj was initially acquitted by a United Nations court after he was diagnosed with cancer.
But that verdict has now been partially overturned in the Hague, on appeal.
Al Jazeera's Sonia Gallego reports.
