We recently had a late 2023 Jeep Gladiator JT Rubicon in our shop for tires and a re-gear. Our mechanics pointed out that the factory Mopar "Tru-Lok" rear locker had a different style actuator plate than the 2018-early 2023 JL's and JT's. Before there was a small guide notch you had to line up to make sure the magnet actuator plate sat properly. On this new style you can place it down in any orientation.
