A lot of people get confused while reading news paper due to some advance sentence structures.
In this video I have taught about two sentence structures "Believed to be and Believed to have" which are often found in News paper.

Ex: Aisa mana jata hai ki wah ek chor hai.
Aisa samjha jata hai ki usne kisi ka katal kiya hai.
Rule[Sub + is/are/am + believed to be + ob}
Ex: He is believed to be a thief.
Rule[Sub + is/are/am + believed to have + v3rd + ob]
Ex: He is believed to have killed someone.
