This video shows how I cook Tarako spaghetti
Tarako is cod roe (salted cod roe)
and Tarako spaghetti is one of the popular dish in Japan
It is easy to cook so please try

boil spaghetti (as the package shows), water and salt

cut Mizuna (potherb mustard)
take the roe out
add butter(10g), sake(1 tea spoon), and soy sauce(1 tea spoon)

when spaghetti is ready,
drain the boiling water on to the Mizuna so that it can preboil

then mix all togheter

add Nori (sea weed) if you like .
