Shaun Martin is an American keyboardist, songwriter, and producer, best known for his work with the Grammy Award-winning jazz fusion band, Snarky Puppy. Born in Dallas, Texas in 1978, Martin started playing the piano at a young age and was later trained in jazz and gospel music.

He began his professional music career in the 1990s, playing with several local bands and artists before joining Snarky Puppy in 2004. With Snarky Puppy, Martin has recorded and performed on numerous critically acclaimed albums and has won three Grammy Awards.

In addition to his work with Snarky Puppy, Martin has also worked with several other notable musicians and artists, including Erykah Badu, Kirk Franklin, and Chaka Khan. He has released several solo albums, including his debut album "Seven Summers" in 2015, which was met with critical acclaim.

Throughout his career, Martin has gained a reputation as a talented and versatile musician, known for his skillful keyboard playing and soulful compositions. His contributions to the music industry have made him one of the most respected and sought-after musicians of his generation.
