First off, I thank my mum for filming this as I was on my way back from school on the train behind!
Due to a landslip at Teignmouth, Network Rail rushed out their Ultrasonic Test Train to check the track' condition. Unusually, both 67023 and 67027 were the motive power, instead of the usual class 37! Here the train thunders away from a signal stop, their EMD engines screaming.
