Instructions:
1. Peel the raw papaya, take out the seeds, cut into strips.
2. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add 1 tsp turmeric powder and a pinch of salt. Add the green papaya strips and cook for 2 minutes.
3. Strain and place in an ice bath.
4. Drain, pat dry with a towel and transfer to a bowl.
5. In the same bowl, add seasoning of choice with a little oil.
6. Toss until all the pieces are evenly coated.
