Does your gymnast have Sever’s Disease, heel pain, Achilles tendon pain or shin splints (Medial Tibial Stress Syndrome? Give these tape jobs a try to help your athlete during practice or meets. Remember that doing rehabilitation will help your gymnast overcome their injury and if they are being taped, seeing a physical therapist or athletic trainer should be a priority.
