Work on doing flip in water without losing your air during the flip. Many people exhale at the flip to avoid water entering their sinuses. At BUD/S you have to jump in feet first - front flip underwater then swim 25m - kick off the wall and 25m back to starting point.
Learn how to do a breast stroke pullout and you will have this test aced in no time.
DO NOT PRACTICE ALONE! This is not a hard test in fact no one from my BUDS class failed this test. So practice but do not sweat it. You will have time to learn it at BUD/S with proper instruction / safety available to help you.
