If you press the volume up or down button on the side of an iPhone you will see that the iPhone ringer volume will change but not the media volume of audio or video.
1. So, if you want the volume button to be able to change the media’s volume then go to “Settings”.
2. Go to “Sounds & Haptics”.
3. Now disable “Change with buttons”.
4. Now if you press the volume up or down button then you can see that this will change media’s volume not the ringtone.
