Why did we move to Portugal? That is a question we get all the time. We often think about the lives we have lived so far and can say one thing for certain. Things have never been boring! We are both risk takers, adventure seekers and most of all very passionate about food. Growing it, cooking it and preserving it. Our choices might not be for everyone, but we stand by them. Life is too short and comfort is not everything.
