A fantastic couple of hours at York train station on 30th June 2023. I came here with the intention of seeing 60103 Flying Scotsman working a railtour from London Kings Cross.
As usual, we see the usual passenger services such as the regular early afternoon lner intercity 225 service to London King’s Cross, and many other services from Transpennine express, CrossCountry, Grand Central, and many lner azuma services, including 801 226 in the pride livery. We also see the appearance of a class 60, dragging a Class 66 and a Network Rail track unit.
