Moorfields London was founded over 200 years ago and is both the oldest and one of the largest eye hospitals in the world. It has a rich history of leading developments in eye health since 1804 and has a reputation for innovation in treatment, teaching and research. Our branch in Dubai opened in 2007, it is the first overseas branch of Moorfields UK.

We, at Moorfields Eye Hospital Dubai, are both owned as well as managed by the NHS Foundation Trust. Our hospital operates to the highest clinical standards, to ensure that patients in the GCC receive the best eye care treatment in the world.

We are proud to be affiliated with Mohammed Bin Rashid University of Medicine and Health Sciences (MBRU) where our ophthalmologists are adjunct professors, leading on the ophthalmology core teaching and training of the doctors of the future.
