STEPS:

Step 1: go to the stairs by spawn

Step 2: run up the stairs and jump over the wall

Step 3: Look down and a little to the right

Step 4: Push to the left on the analog stick

Step 5: Backwards mantle into the wall

Step 6: Enjoy :D
