The Kampala Capital City Authority Council has constituted a seven-member committee to look into the grievances of the directors of the authorities technical wing, who vowed not to attend any more council meetings until their security was guaranteed.
Last week, there was chaos at city hall as the KCCA councillors blocked the directors from leaving a council meeting.
