The owner of a fishing boat that was stolen in northern France and sailed to Dover with 17 Iranian migrants on board believes professional smugglers are involved.
Pascal Deborgher told Sky News that he fears more boats will be stolen as migrants are prepared to pay high sums and take great risks in getting across The Channel.
