Eggless Easy Banana Walnut Muffins
Ingredient List:
Banana - 170 gm
Brown Sugar - 100 gm
Oil - 60 ml
All-Purpose Flour - 125 gm
Essence - ½ tsp
Baking Powder - ½ tsp
Baking Soda - ½ tsp
Salt - 1/8th tsp
Milk - 100 ml
Chopped Walnuts - 50 gm
Chocolate Chips - 50 gm
Cinnamon Butter Flavour - [ Ссылка ]
Method:
1. In a bowl take 170 gm overripe bananas. Using a fork or potato masher, mash them.
2. Add 100 gm brown sugar and 60 ml of any unflavoured oil.
3. Keep whisking until sugar dissolves completely.
4. Add ½ tsp of essence and mix.
5. Take a sifter and add all the dry ingredients into it. Sieve everything.
6. Mix dry and wet ingredients. Keep adding milk in-between.
7. Add walnuts and chocolate chips to the prepared batter.
8. The batter should be thick so adjust the consistency accordingly.
9. Pour the prepared batter into muffin molds up to 3/4th.
10. Bake them in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 25 minutes.
11. Once baked, take the muffins out from the oven and serve them.
