A new research paper ‘Integration vs Security: What is to be Learnt from Armenia’s Decision to Join the Eurasian Economic Union’ was published recently in Yerevan. Project Leader Dr. Vahram Ter Matevosyan and researcher Anna Drnoian spoke to CivilNet about the factors that contributed to Armenia’s decision to join the EEU and provides some policy recommendations to help to address the deficiencies that exist in Armenia’s domestic and foreign policy making practices.
