The tandem rig tipped with bait is one of the simplest and most effective methods of catching fish. I don’t need to worry about getting snagged on rocky bottoms either. Our favorite bait to use with this rig is our specialty bait: Squidy Bits! Using this easy method, I’m able to catch fish after fish after fish! This week, we are back fishing the Potomac in Maryland. The rocks here made it an interesting trek just to get to our fishing spot, but it was so worth it. I was catching so many fish the birds even tried to steal them as I reeled them in! I can’t imagine a better way to spend the day.
