To Make Peanut ladoo
Peanut - 500 Grams
Jaggery - 1/2 Cup ( 125 ML )
Cardamon Powder - 1 Tsp
Method
To a wide pan, dry roast the peanuts to a nice golden colour.
Once roasted, transfer it to a plate and let it cool.
Once cooled, remove the skin and transfer it to a bowl.
Transfer the roasted peanuts to a mixer jar and grind it in pulse mode.
Once half done, add the jaggery powder and cardamom powder and mix it.
Grind it again in pulse mode till you get the right consistency.
Transfer the groundnut, jaggery mixture to a bowl.
Shape the mixture into a desired size round balls.
Tasty peanut ladoos are ready to be served.
