How to give a GOOD PRESENTATION covers how you can become an effective presenter in just 2 weeks by following this 3 step formula that worked for me.
Also, if you are serious about building your voice I highly recommend to go through training programs with Roger Love. He is the greatest voice coach in the world. Literally. I am Roger Love's student and could not recommend Roger higher.

Time codes:
0.35 - What is presentation skills
1.40 - Being asked to present to an important client. Never presented before
2.12 - Steps that took me from a person who could not present at all to being an effective presenter
2.13 - Step 1. Figure out what you are going to say. Develop structure for your presentation. Not written as full sentences, but written as keywords. Practicing at home alone. Memorizing keywords but not memorizing sentences. How not to sound like a robot.
3.03 - Step 2. Recording yourself presenting. You may be in shock to see yourself. You may notice things you do while presenting you had no idea you were doing. You can then figure out how to fix those issues.
5.01 - Noticing your body language, do you project confidence, do you connect with your audience.
5.17 - Structuring your presentation. Start your presentation with something that creates emotional connection with your audience. How did I do it for my presentation to international insurance company. Remember what is the purpose of your presentation. The points you are making need to be geared to achieve objective of your presentation.
6.57 - Key things about power point slides. Seeing the story in subject lines. You are the power and you will make the point. Powerpoint is just a tool to enhance your presentation. No little text. During the presentation the audience needs to connect with you, they need to pay attention to you.
8.07 - How to look at audience during your presentation.
8.24 - Pay attention to audience's reaction. What is the emotion that you are reading. Adjust your presentation if you feel your presentation is not going well.
8.55 - Set up dry runs. Start with very friendly audience. Maybe it can be your mother, your brother, your friend. If your presentation is confidential start with dry runs with your friends from work. Video recording is not enough.
9.50 - I started from dry runs with my colleague. He was giving me feedback on what I need to improve. Then I was presenting to few other colleagues. Then I booked dry run with managing director for the firm in the region and with partners. Every morning for a few days I booked the biggest boardroom we had. A boardroom we used for induction, for key client meetings, for practice meetings. The only way I could book it is because I was booking it before business hours.
11.30 - Then I presented to partners. It was not scary. By then I could do that presentation in my sleep.
11.50 - How that big presentation went. Make a joke that does not offend anyone to break the ice, make things flow during the meeting. Try to connect with your audience from the beginning. I remember standing in that room presenting to key client and not being afraid.
14.09 - So this is the process I used to become good presenter in a very short period of time, starting with no public speaking experience.
14.40 - Make sure you keep good posture during your presentation. Exercise you can use to improve your posture.
15.50 - Maintaining eye contact. Let audience to feel comfortable to ask you questions throughout, if you are comfortable with it.
16.20 - Do not use parallel gestures. Do not cross your arms during the presentation. Making sure you are not monotone.
17.05 - Training your voice. Project your voice well. When I was doing my MBA one of the most common things in class was people could not hear me. Learning to breath correctly to be a better public speaker. One little breathing trick that not many people know that will help you be a better public speaker. You can develop strong communication skills.
