A few tips from me:
To get a good artifact, you have to start from determining the main stat of the artifact and the substat must have crit rate or crit damage (for main dps)
- Goblet (Element Bonus)
- Sands of Aeon (Attack, EM, HP)
- Circlet (Crit rate/Crit Damage)
For support, I think ordinary artifacts are fine as long as they match the characters that are built. Immediately enhance if you get a crit damage substrate of 7.8%/ 7.0% and remember this all depends on your luck because this is a rng system.
