Welcome to Dark Souls 2!

ATTENTION: All my Dark Souls 2 videos are for helping purposes and learning where to find certain items. I do not in any way claim to be good at this game, nor do I think I'm very good. So please steer clear of pointing out flaws in my combat.

This is a video showing how you how to complete Benhart of Jugo's questline. Doing so will reward you with his equipment. His equipment includes the Bluemoon Greatsword, Benhart's Parma and his armor set.

Area: Majula(talk), Brightstone Cove Tseldora(fight), Drangleic Castle(talk), Drangleic Castle(fight), Throne of Want(fight), Forest of Fallen Giants(talk), Memory of Jeigh(fight) & Memory of Orro(talk-inherit equipment).
Location: Red below.

In order to complete his questline you will need to talk to him in every location as well as summon him in 3 out of 4 boss fights and have him him survive through the whole fight. As for the boss fights, it is possible to farm this with one boss. Kill the same boss 3 times and you're good to go. For this, I highly recommend the Prowling Magus and Congregation boss fight as it is laughably easy.

Steps to completing his questline, in order of what to do:

1. Talk to him and exhaust his dialogue in Majula BEFORE you unpetrify Rosabeth.

2. Talk to him and exhaust his dialogue in Majula AFTER unpetrifying Rosabeth.

3. Summon him for the Prowling Magus and Congregation boss fight in Brightstone Cove Tseldora and have him survive the whole fight.

4. Talk to him and exhaust his dialogue in Drangleic Castle, after the Dragonriders boss fight.

5. Summon him for the Looking Glass Knight in Drangleic Castle and have him survive the whole fight.

6. Summon him for the Throne Watcher and Throne Defender boss fight in the Throne of Want, and have him survive the whole fight. Vengarl is also available to get summoned for this fight and summoning him makes keeping Benhart alive much easier.

7. Summon him for the Giant Lord boss fight in the Memory of Jeigh(unless you already have 3 out 4 boss fights done) and have him survive the whole fight.

8. Talk to him and exhaust his dialogue in Forest of Fallen Giants, after the pursuer's boss fight area.

9. Talk to him for the final time in the Memory of Orro to obtain his equipment.

The Bluemoon Greatsword requires 28 str. and 10 dex. to use and has no scaling. Benhart's Parma requires 7 str. to use and have 80% physical reduction.

His armor is pretty cool looking and the armor is pretty decent.
