NASA affiliate parties, wiper, and ODM are now poised for an epic duel in the forthcoming by-election in Embakasi South constituency. This was after wiper party handed a direct nomination to immediate former MP Julius Mawathe to face ODM's Irshad Sumra, also a former area MP, in the April by-election. Wiper party leader Kalonzo Musyoka has called on its NASA coalition partner ODM to pull out of the mini poll on the grounds that it is the only seat that wiper won in the 2017 elections.
