To wingsuit grapple on the playstation 4 you use three buttons. L1 to fire the grapple. L3 or left analog stick to move rico left, right, up and down. R3 or right analog stick to move the camera left, right, up or down. To actually wingsuit successfully you will want to control your speed by either using the wingsuit airbrake mod or by pulling down on the L3 button. If your trying to grapple to increase your speed you need to pull down on the L3 button just before you grapple otherwise Rico will just pull himself into the object and crash.
