The resulting To Go concept has proved a major win for the casual dining chain — currently, it’s rolling out more of these smaller format locations as it seeks to carve out a ‘channel agnostic’ future for itself.
CEO Damola Adamolekun has been essential in driving P.F. Chang’s new evolution, proving the casual dining sector is capable of adopting the change needed for the uncertainty ahead.
