1 egg
+4 yolks
160g - butter
Dough for Napoleon:
600g - flour
1 egg
1.5 tbsp vinegar
200g - water(icy)
1 tsp salt
350-400 g butter(Frozen)
150 g- Nuts for decoration

To prepare the cake layers, all ingredients must be cold.
Bake the cakes for 8 minutes at 230°C
The yield of the finished cake is 2200 g.
