Governor of Sokoto, Ahmed Sokoto has visited Billingawa, one of the six affected communities where bandits attacked killing thirty five persons and destroying property worth millions of naira.
The Governor in company of heads of security agencies in the state condoled with the people over the unfortunate incident and assured them that the government and security agencies will ensure the security challenges are a thing of the past.
The Sultan of Sokoto, Sa'ad Abubakar III as well as some other traditional rulers were also on the team visiting the victims.
