Rules of Wild Camping. Is wild camping illegal?

The real question is where can I walk and explore because wild comping throughout England and Wales is Prohibited. The only reason we have had the freedom to wild camp is because the majority have respected and looked after the wild areas of England and Wales.

The National Parks and Countryside act 1949 was created to protect wild environments in England and Wales. Over the years, with respect been shown by the majority these laws and restrictions have been relaxed. Nevertheless, in 2020 the public have abused their right to roam causing damage to the wild environments and the authorities have stepped in to put a stop to this enforcing the act.
