The national assembly has on Wednesday afternoon continued with debate on proposals to amend the constitution to firmly entrench the national government constituency development fund CDF which has been a bone of contention between the legislators and the court. The members of the assembly remain convinced CDF funds are critical in their role to serve the electorates at the constituency level. Also discussed is the senate oversight fund that will enable senators effectively oversight county governments for prudent utilization of devolved funds
