XT 600, was running lumpy but now ok after cleaning air mixture jet and setting carbs better. not perfect but after complete rebuild of a 28 year old bike I'm quite happy. Holds a fairly reasonable tick over at around 1450 rpm which is only 100 more than standard.
had issues with damaged threads so recoiled them. new seals throughout and complete headset and swing arm rebuild. Cant wait to use it. Down geared for road but still lifts the front up. Brakes a bit crud though after complete rebuild, new piston, seals, braded hose. stops me but doesn't stand on end, gets hot as well. could be stainless disk....
