EAPs are counselling services provided by employers to employees to support wellbeing in the workplace. You can access EAP support funded by your workplace for both work-related or personal issues.
Access to EAP services differ amongst employers, but workplaces often have an arrangement with a particular EAP service provider. However, some workplaces allow employees to select their own support up to a certain amount of money, and for a certain amount of sessions.
