For prototypes I rarely have a stencil, but not a big deal. Just use a dental pick or similar to put some solder paste onto the PCB. There's too much solder here so you can be a little more discrete, but you get the idea!
You can buy generic stencils if you want a neater apperance, e.g. see this line from ChipQuick: [ Ссылка ]
I also used ChipQuick solder paste as it's the only thing Digikey sold in small syringes. If you don't use a lot get the smallest size you can, since the stuff doesn't last forever.
